Add the documents, move them into order, then choose Merge PDFs. All pages are included by default. Page sizes and directions stay as they were in each source file.

To include only part of a file, enter its page numbers in Pages to include. Use the position shown in your PDF viewer, starting with 1, rather than numbers printed on the pages.

Choose a few pages.

1–3, 5 includes the first three pages, then page five. You can also enter 5, 1–3 to change their order. Repeated page numbers are included only once per file.

Files are checked before merging. If one cannot be read, remove it or save a new copy in a PDF app and add it again.

Will merging reduce the quality?

Pages are copied without turning them into pictures. Existing text, images, and page sizes are kept; image quality is not deliberately reduced. File size may change when the new document is saved.

What about forms, passwords, and signatures?

Supported form entries become fixed page content and can no longer be edited as form fields. Password-protected PDFs, digital signature fields, and some specialized forms are not supported. Save an unlocked or unsigned copy, or print a completed form to a new PDF before adding it.

Is everything in the original PDF carried over?

This tool combines pages. Document bookmarks, file attachments, and document-level settings are not carried over. Links that jump to other pages may not work in the combined file. Review the result before sharing it, and keep the originals.

File and page limits

Use PDFs up to 50 MB each, with up to 100 MB of files and 1,000 pages in the combined document. Large or complex PDFs may need a smaller group, especially on phones. These limits help avoid running out of memory.
