Choose a PDF to see its pages. Open a preview for a closer look, use the arrows to change the order, or select several pages to move them together. Rotate sideways scans and remove pages you don’t need. Undo brings back a change before you save.
Your original file stays unchanged. Create a new PDF when the pages are ready, then download it.
Extract pages or split a PDF.
To extract part of a document, select the pages and choose Selected pages · one PDF. The new PDF follows the order in your workspace.
To split the whole document, choose Split into separate PDFs. Use one page per file, or a number such as 3 for groups of three. The last file holds any pages left over. Download the ZIP and open it to find your PDFs.
Does this change the quality or text?
Pages are copied, not turned into pictures. Text, images, and page sizes are kept without deliberately reducing image quality. Rotating a page changes its direction, not its contents.
Which PDFs can I use?
Use an unlocked PDF without digital signature fields. Supported form entries become fixed page content. Some specialized forms need to be printed to a new PDF in your PDF app first. The tool checks for these before opening the workspace.
What should I check in the saved PDF?
Check the page order and any links that jump between pages. Bookmarks, attachments, and document-level settings are not carried over, and page links may stop working after editing. Page numbers printed on the document are not changed.
File sizes and large documents
Choose a PDF up to 50 MB with up to 1,000 pages. Previews appear 24 pages at a time to keep the workspace manageable on phones. Complex pages may take longer to display. Saved PDFs are limited to 150 MB; split files must total no more than 64 MB before ZIP packaging. If a result is too large, save smaller selections. Files and previews stay in this browser and are cleared when you leave or reload the page.
