    Crop and straighten first, adjust the light, then add captions or cover a detail. Undo and Redo work across these steps. Every export is rendered from your original image, so edits do not repeatedly recompress the photo.

    Choose the right shape

    Square works well for profile photos and product pictures. Portrait 4:5 leaves more room for a subject; 9:16 fits a full-height phone image. Crop shape and save size are separate, so you control both the composition and the dimensions.

    What stays in the saved file?

    The saved image includes your visible edits. Location and camera tags are not copied. PNG and WebP can keep transparency; JPG uses white behind transparent areas. Animation and HDR editing are not supported.

    A few practical limits

    Open JPG, PNG, or WebP images up to 25 MB and 24 megapixels. Edits stay in this tab and are not saved after you close it. Enlarging a photo changes its dimensions but cannot recover missing detail. Blur is not a secure way to hide information; use Cover for that.
