Does converting to PNG add transparency?
No. The background stays in place. Changing to PNG does not remove it.
Why is there no quality slider?
PNG keeps the current image detail, so no quality setting is needed. To change the width, height, or crop, use Image Resizer & Cropper.
Will my photo details and colors change?
Photos are turned the right way up. Camera and location details (EXIF metadata) are removed. Original color and print settings are not kept, so colors may change. Keep the original if those details matter.
Which files can I use?
Use still JPG images. Animated images are not supported.
Each image can be up to 25 MB and 24 megapixels, with neither side above 16,384 pixels. Add up to 100 MB at a time. ZIP downloads support up to 64 MB of results; save larger batches individually. These limits help avoid running out of memory.
