Use JPG for photos or a form that needs a .jpg file. Transparent areas become white by default; choose another background color if needed. JPG often makes photos smaller, but not every PNG will shrink. Compare the file sizes and preview before downloading.

Why do transparent edges look different?
Edges blend into your chosen background color. Match it to the background where you plan to use the image.
Is JPG a good choice for screenshots?
JPG can make small text and sharp lines look fuzzy. Keep PNG for screenshots when you can. Higher JPG quality can help, but may still lose detail.
Will my photo details and colors change?
Photos are turned the right way up. Camera and location details (EXIF metadata) are removed. Original color and print settings are not kept, so colors may change. Keep the original if those details matter.
Which files can I use?
Use still PNG images. Animated images are not supported.
Each image can be up to 25 MB and 24 megapixels, with neither side above 16,384 pixels. Add up to 100 MB at a time. ZIP downloads support up to 64 MB of results; save larger batches individually. These limits help avoid running out of memory.
